Product return conditions.

Sportmaster.ge Company is obliged to return the paid amount to the user if:

a) The product does not match the order

b) Factory defect

c) The product is damaged due to transportation

d) The product is not delivered on time

e) The product should be checked on the same day and you should write to us by e-mail. Otherwise, the product will not be returned.

If customer accidentally selects the wrong product during the purchase, Sportmaster.ge agrees to replace the product if:

a) customer will pay for the delivery service again

b) the specified product is available in the Sportmaster.ge store

c) if product is not in stock, customer will receive a limit on the order amount, which can used for any other product.

Refund conditions.

The amount is refunded within 3 working days, only if the above conditions are valid.
